I'm the Clare in emailclare.com and I've been working in CRM and email marketing for more than 15 years.

Initially I was the copywriter who wrote the emails, then I was the executive who sent the emails. From there I morphed into the CRM Manager who planned the emails, then the Head of CRM who implemented the emails, followed by the Director of CRM who strategised and generated revenue from the emails! So, it's safe to say I've seen the business from all sides and all levels.

I've worked in many industries including energy, property, online gaming, sports book, daily deals, education, newspapers and software. So I've got a broad knowledge base and have dealt with a variety of problems and challenges from system migrations to setting up multi-language automation. 

What I'm really good at is working out what's wrong, sorting things out, making things happen and making things simple. Nobody wants to fight against laborious processes or clunky systems, and everybody wants what they are doing to be successful. What I do makes it easier for people to do their jobs, which makes it easier for them to generate more email revenue.
